All guests must wear masks in the lobby. Please do not remove your mask until your technician asks you to do so.
We have a hand washing station set up as soon as you enter the building with signs leading the way. Please make use of it upon arrival for your appointment.
Please come alone to your appointment. Any guests you bring with you will be asked to wait in the car or make other arrangements during your appointment time.
Our staff is regularly washing hands, and cleaning all high-touch surfaces throughout the day. Treatment areas are (and always have been) thoroughly sanitized between each client.
If you are experiencing ANY symptoms of illness, such as fever, shortness of breath, diarrhea, sore throat or cough, we ask that you cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to do a symptom check and possibly take your temperature with a touchless thermometer if we suspect you are ill. There will be extra grace extended in regards to our cancellation policy during this unprecedented time.
